What is the Parade of Homes?

Every year the best in new construction is on display during the Tampa Bay Builders Association Parade of Homes. This is the perfect time of year for home shoppers to explore all of Tampa’s best, new residential offerings.

What are the main events at Marina Pointe?

The Parade of Homes is hosted the first two weekends in March on March 5 – 7 and 12 – 14. We are offering a few special events:

  1. Sales Gallery Open House – Saturday 3/6 and 3/13 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. with snacks and refreshments. RSVP for 3/6 here or for 3/13 here.
  2. Virtual Presentation – Saturday 3/6 and 3/13 at 3 p.m. Register to join the presentation for 3/6 here or for 3/13 here.
Why visit Marina Pointe during Parade of Homes

Beyond free refreshments and snacks at our Sales Gallery? If you have never been to the Westshore Marina District, or have not visited in a while, you need to stop by. There is no other new, luxury development like this on the water. Our first residential tower is officially halfway complete, and the Marina Landings Town Center is already starting to hand over spaces to retail tenants.

What is currently available?

We have a range of new, elegant residences on the water starting in the low $800s. We are currently selling nine floorplan options in Tower one. There are also still a few Penthouse and Harbor Homes available. Are you a boater? Even better, we also have boat slip options in our deep-water, private marina, just steps away from our stunning residences.

What do you need to know before visiting?

There is no cost to participate in the Parade of Homes or to visit our Sales Gallery. Masks are required in our Sales Gallery for your safety, and the safety of our team.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not required but are encouraged. Virtual appointments are also available. Please feel free to call us at (813) 930-9800 or email us info@marinapointe.com with any questions.
