First Condo Tower Underway at Westshore Marina District

Site work has started for the first of three planned condominium towers at a waterfront community that’s set to bring hundreds of apartments and condominiums to South Tampa, Florida.

Marina Pointe’s first building in Westshore Marina District at Westshore and Gandy boulevards will consist of 113 units and seven townhomes. Construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter, and completion is scheduled for late 2021. Prices range from $700,000 to more than $2 million.

Construction already has started on a 150-slip marina that can accommodate boats from 40 feet to more than 100 feet.
