Construction Underway on Westshore Marina District Development

TAMPA, FL — Construction is underway on Marina Pointe’scondominiums, 150-slip marina and retail center for the Westshore Marina District.

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, BTI Partners CEO Noah Breakstone and COO Kevin Mays celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony Feb. 27. The first residential tower is expected to take two years to complete and the retail center will open in the first quarter of 2021.

The first tower will feature 113 condos and seven town homes overlooking a deep-water marina, the largest currently under construction on Florida’s West Coast.
