The master developer of the Westshore Marina District is launching a presales campaign for the second condominium tower in Marina Pointe.
BTI Partners is the Fort Lauderdale-based developer of the district and Marina Pointe, a subdivision within the district. The first tower in Marina Pointe, which is 17 stories and 120 condos, is 96% sold, a representative of the developer said Wednesday. Residents are expected to move in in late 2022.
The Westshore Marina District is a mixed-use development that includes a retail village, apartments, townhomes and the condominiums in Marina Pointe, which will have three towers at full buildout.
The second tower will have 157 condos, priced from the high $700,000s to more than $4 million. Floor plans range from 1,200 to more than 2,000 square feet.
“Our strong sales in Tower One, and the subsequent launch of Tower Two sales, speaks to the continued demand for luxury bayfront residences in Tampa,” BTI Partners CEO Noah Breakstone said in a statement. “Marina Pointe is the embodiment of Tampa’s waterfront lifestyle, and that’s what is attracting buyers to Westshore Marina District. We are excited to welcome the first owners to Tower One by the end of this year, and look forward to commencing construction of Tower Two.”
Amenities include a private marina for residents that can accommodate boats from 40 to 90 feet long.
