Marina Pointe Boating Lifestyle

House Digest shared an article with the best cities to live in if you own a boat. Naturally, Tampa Bay made the list with a special recognition of Marina Pointe! House Digest shared two criteria for being considered a boater’s haven: First, the city must have numerous waterfront listings. Second, it needs a long boating season with ample sunshine. Tampa Bay has both. Situated within miles of the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay is Florida’s largest estuary and a favorite of boaters with an average of nearly 245 sunny days per year. At Marina Pointe, we are thrilled to be in such a prime location, in the heart of this boater’s sanctuary.

With a newly built private marina, a plethora of boat slips, and open access to the Gulf, our luxury waterfront Towers check all the boater boxes. Not so surprisingly, many of our future residents consider themselves expert boaters and look forward to cruising the bay from their backyard, so to speak. Another large portion is living out their dream and has purchased boat slips with the intention of one day owning a vessel of their own. As one of our future owners put it, “It has always been a dream for us to be boaters, so that is going to be a new and exciting adventure for us down the road!”
