Alina & Dale Can’t Wait to Live Here
According to Alina and Dale, who have lived and worked in Tampa for many years, Tampa is a place where you can enjoy every single day of the year. With great weather all year round and endless opportunities forentertainment – from sports to the arts – Tampa has a lot going for it, they say.
After years of home-owning and recent retirement, the couple was ready to make a change.
“For quite a long time we’ve been looking for the place we were going to live when we were ready to have some fun in life,” Alina says.
The couple of 22 years has always dreamt of living on the water. They decided, when they were ready to slow down and live life to the fullest, they were going to need a condo with a waterfront view.
“Aside from the waterfront, what really drew us to Marina Pointe was the walkability, the little town environment, and all the amenities that are included with the Marina Pointe tower,” Alina says. “We fell in love.”
Alina and Dale chose the Earhart model for the spectacular view facing St. Petersburg. Dale has already started planning their morning routine – enjoying the bayside sunrise from their private balcony with a warm cup of coffee in hand.
“We have puppies that we can walk around the marina… and then I can get my hair done right here in the town center, or go to the spa,” Alina says. Most importantly, she’s looking forward to a resort lifestyle on a daily basis, from the fabulous pool to afternoon yoga in the Zen Garden.
Alongside the luxurious amenities, Alina and Dale made friends within the community before officially moving in.
“We’ve met a couple that currently lives less than a mile away from us and they just so happen to be our new neighbors upstairs. We meet them at the Cru Cellars for happy hour, and we’ve become good friends already,” Alina says.
Dale notes, “there are a lot of very nice people in Marina Pointe’s community, and we’re excited about that.”
