February 5, pre-construction reservations were opened for Tower Three, the culmination of the vision and the crown jewel of BTI Partners’ visionary project – the Westshore Marina District. Unveiled in 2016 as a mixed-use community for residential and retail, The Westshore Marina District is designed to highlight the marina and waterfront lifestyle; with Marina Pointe crowned as the centerpiece of the ambitious project.

Recognizing the untapped potential of South Tampa’s waterfront, BTI Partners acquired the 52 acre parcel along the Westshore waterfront in 2015, embarking on a mission to create a vibrant, walkable, and luxurious destination that would seamlessly blend residential, retail, and recreational amenities.
The vision for the Westshore Marina District emerged as a response to the growing demand for waterfront living experiences that catered to modern lifestyles. As a part of their goals to re-envision luxury waterfront living in Tampa Bay, creating an unparalleled walkable dining and retail district, BTI Partners retained the prime location of Marina Pointe’s private peninsula, and designed the vision of the three towers of Marina Pointe.
