Future Resident’s Waterfront Dream Come True

Betsy has been a Tampa resident for over 20 years and loves the area for its vibrancy, warmth, and arts culture. For decades, she and her husband have been promoting Tampa as a wonderful destination to call home. “I’ve lived in New York and Miami, and Tampa brings in a lot of amazing aspects of those cities, yet you still have the warmth of a small town,” Betsy said.  

For the past 7 years she’s been searching through her real estate network for exactly what she found at Marina Pointe. “My husband and I purchased one of the townhomes, so we have a beautiful view of the water and access to all the amenities. On the fourth floor, we have a spiral staircase that takes us to the fifth-floor amenity deck,” Betsy said.  

She’s looking forward to everything from the resort-style pool to morning yoga in the Zen Garden with a panoramic view of the bay. Most of all, she’s excited about living on the water and watching the boats come in and out of the marina every morning. “It’s been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember.”  

While Betsy and her husband don’t own a boat yet, they’ve always dreamed of being boaters. “We purchased a boat slip and we’re excited for this new adventure.”
