Since its founding as the Breakstone Group by renowned developer and architect Arthur Breakstone in the 1950’s, BTI Partners has grown to become one of Florida’s leading real estate investment and development companies, with a diverse portfolio representing over 60 years of award-winning performance. The firm’s unwavering commitment to quality has earned it many of the industry’s most prestigious awards, including South Florida’s Best Builder, Builder of the Year by the Builder’s Association of South Florida, and America’s Best Builder by the National Association of Home Builders.

Today, the firm is helmed by Arthur’s son, Noah Breakstone, who leadership has resulted in over $2 billion of successful real estate transactions and investments involving land banking, luxury custom homes, multifamily projects, master‐planned communities, resort communities, and mixed‐use developments. 

After graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a BA from Yale University, Noah attended the Wharton School of Business. He is a licensed Florida Realtor and Florida Unlimited General Contractor, member of the Florida Atlantic Builders Association (FABA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a Trustee and Director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

BTI Partners and its affiliate builder, BTI Developers provide meticulous oversight for all aspects of the development process, from site identification, due diligence and acquisition through planning, development and final disposition. Recent projects include over 8,000 acres of land for more than 17,500 residential units, and over 2 million square feet of commercial, retail and hospitality development.

For over two decades, Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design has been providing unique, creative and innovative design solutions to renowned clients internationally. Established in 1988 and headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, the Witkin Hults Design Group is led by partners Andrew Witkin and Kelly Ann Hults.
