Why visit Marina Pointe during Parade of Homes?
Beyond free refreshments and snacks at our Sales Gallery? If you have never been to the Westshore Marina District, or have not visited in a while, you need to stop by. There is no other new, luxury development like this on the water. Our first residential tower is officially halfway complete, and the Marina Landings Town Center is already starting to hand over spaces to retail tenants.
What is currently available?
We have a range of new, elegant residences on the water starting in the low $800s. We are currently selling nine floorplan options in Tower one. There are also still a few Penthouse and Harbor Homes available. Are you a boater? Even better, we also have boat slip options in our deep-water, private marina, just steps away from our stunning residences.
What do you need to know before visiting?
There is no cost to participate in the Parade of Homes or to visit our Sales Gallery. Masks are required in our Sales Gallery for your safety, and the safety of our team.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required but are encouraged. Virtual appointments are also available. Please feel free to call us at (813) 930-9800 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
The sweet sounds of jazz, smooth drinks and a spectacular sunset. What more could you ask for?
As you walked down the promenade, with the water by your side, the sounds of local jazz musicians Marlon Boone, Lemay James and Glenn Paladino filled the air. Future Marina Landings Town Center tenants joined us with wine and boutique samples. Guests enjoyed hand-rolled cigars and indulged in food trucks. Many also perused luxury cars and Boston Whaler and Aviara model boats by MarineMax.
Some of our proud buyers joined us, pointing out their bayfront units on the peninsula. They were filled with excitement as they caught a glimpse of what life will be like in this walkable, waterfront neighborhood.
This event was the first of many that will invite our buyers, and the surrounding Tampa Bay community, to experience the Westshore Marina District. With the first tower half way completed, and the town center close to completion, this district will soon be a true destination.
