Today, the firm is helmed by Arthur’s son, Noah Breakstone, who leadership has resulted in over $2 billion of successful real estate transactions and investments involving land banking, luxury custom homes, multifamily projects, master‐planned communities, resort communities, and mixed‐use developments.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a BA from Yale University, Noah attended the Wharton School of Business. He is a licensed Florida Realtor and Florida Unlimited General Contractor, member of the Florida Atlantic Builders Association (FABA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a Trustee and Director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Beck Daniel, Executive Vice President of Development brings over 12 years of experience at the highest levels of real estate finance and project management to BTI Partners. Previously, Beck oversaw delivery of more than 1,700 residential units totaling $1.3 billion in sales for The Related Group of Florida. He then served as Senior Analyst for Real Estate and Finance for SouthStar Development Partners, Inc. Beck joined BTI Partners in 2011, where he now leads the firm’s operations on the west coat of Florida. Beck earned a BS from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Miami with a dual concentration in International Business and Real Estate.
